Everything you need to know to use your accounts safely

Getting Started with Your Account

What You Receive

After purchase, you'll receive account credentials in the format: email:password:2FA (or email:password:cookie depending on product type). You can find them in your order details page.

First Steps After Purchase

  1. Start screen recording immediately
  2. Open your anti-detect browser
  3. Create a new browser profile with matching proxy
  4. Import the account credentials
  5. Verify the account is working

Anti-Detect Browser Setup

Why It's Mandatory

Facebook and other platforms use advanced fingerprint detection. Using a regular browser will get your account flagged and banned within minutes. Anti-detect browsers create unique browser fingerprints for each profile.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Download GoLogin or Dolphin Anty
  2. Create a new browser profile
  3. Import your proxy (see Proxy section below)
  4. Set a matching useragent (mobile or desktop)
  5. Import cookies or enter login credentials
  6. Start the profile and verify the account

Recommended Settings

Use residential proxies matching the account's country. Set the timezone and language to match the proxy location. Use a recent Chrome useragent. Enable WebRTC and canvas noise.

Proxy & UserAgent Configuration

Why Proxy is Mandatory

Accounts are created with specific IP locations. Logging in from a different country or IP range will trigger security checks and likely disable the account.

Proxy Types Explained

Residential proxies: Best quality, real user IPs. Recommended for Facebook accounts.

Datacenter proxies: Cheaper, faster. Good for Gmail and less sensitive accounts.

Mobile proxies: Premium option, highest trust score. Best for high-value BM accounts.

UserAgent Best Practices

Match the device type (mobile account = mobile useragent). Keep the same useragent across sessions. Use recent browser versions. Don't switch between mobile and desktop.

Warranty & Replacement Policy

Screen Recording is Mandatory

You must start screen recording from the moment you receive your account credentials. This is required for any warranty claim - no exceptions.

How to Claim Replacement

  1. Contact support via Telegram with your order number
  2. Provide the screen recording showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and process within 24 hours

What's NOT Covered

Accounts banned due to: not using anti-detect browser, not using proxy, using wrong country proxy, policy violations, or any misuse. Claims without screen recording proof.

Claim Window

All warranty claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims after 48 hours will not be processed.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty is only active when using our full product ecosystem together - our accounts, our proxies, and our virtual cards. Using third-party proxies, cards, or accounts voids the extended warranty.
