  • Claims without screen recording proof
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours

  • Replacement or balance refund is issued

Balance Refunds

Account balance top-ups are non-refundable. Refunds for products are issued as balance credit, not cryptocurrency returns.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty coverage is only active when you use our full product ecosystem together - our accounts, our proxies, and our virtual cards. Using third-party proxies, cards, or accounts voids extended warranty eligibility.
